You must submit the District Activity Approval Form if your activity:
- Takes place away from your section’s usual meeting place, or
- Involves an adventurous activity, or
- Is externally led or provided
You should aim to submit the form at least seven days prior to the date of your activity to allow time for your submission to be reviewed and approved.
