- Provide additional details if prompted (for example, risk assessments)
- The activity is reviewed by the appropriate approver
- You’ll receive an email confirmation:
- When the form is submitted
- When the activity is approved

- Group Lead Volunteers
- The 14–24 Team Leader
- District-level approvers
