Scout Winter Social
Join us for our Scout Winter Social at Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent, on Friday 27 November 2026, from 6:00pm to 9:30pm.
Scouts will take part in a three-part rotation during the evening, with every Scout getting the chance to enjoy all three activities:
Adrenaline Tubing at Stoke Ski Centre
Ten Pin Bowling at Tenpin Stoke
Food at Tenpin Stoke
Scouts will be split into groups and rotate between all three activities throughout the evening.
The event is limited to 90 Scouts. Tubing has a maximum capacity of 30 people per session, and we can only fit three tubing sessions into the evening. This means 90 is the maximum number we can accommodate while still ensuring every Scout can take part in all three activities.
The cost is £26 per person, which includes tubing, bowling and food.
It’s a great chance for Scouts to enjoy a Friday night out with their Scout mates, take on the tubing slope, have some friendly competition on the bowling lanes and enjoy some food together.
Please make sure Scouts arrive ready for the activities and dressed appropriately for the weather, as the tubing element takes place outdoors.
Activity Locations
Adrenaline Tubing: Stoke Ski Centre, Festival Way, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 5PU,

As Scouts will finish the evening at different parts of the rotation, individual messages will be sent closer to the event confirming which location each young person will be at for their final rotation and where they should be collected from at 9:30pm.
Leaders are more than welcome and are encouraged to come along and support the evening. However, we expect to have enough District leader resource available across the event to support the required ratios.
